Julia's Mexico City

I drove to Redondo Beach this morning to visit an old friend who I haven't seen in a few years. I drove along the beach as it was a gorgeous mid-winter LA day--highs in the 80's, not a cloud in the sky:
(smog maybe, but no clouds.)

I drove past a few old haunts from college. This is a particular favorite:
We would buy beer from the liquor store across the street and order the Junior Super Deluxe burrito and head upstairs to the rooftop patio.

My college boyfriend lived in Manhattan Beach and on weekends we often had breakfast here:
I wasn't sure if it would still be there after 20 years, but it was!
