Ducks Win The Cup!
Okay, I admit it, I never watch hockey but hey, the Ducks just won -- first west coast team in the NHL to win the Stanley Cup!!
Since it is such a huge deal, we figure the city will be partying all night, then fighting, then looting. So Kurt and I are off to the Big Screen TV store down the street, the one across Pico from the Omaha Steak store. We're set!
Yay Ducks!
As the guys were all hugging and crying on the ice at the end of the game, I turned to Kurt and said "Is it JUST LIKE THE MOVIE!?!?!?"

Okay, technically this may be true, but even though have lived here for 22 years, I still feel like it is all one giant city called LA. I know many people on both sides of the Orange Curtain will cry fowl at that. Oh well.
