In late April I posted about my spring planting: Tomatoes, basil, mint and italian parsley. That was then:

The basil didn't make it -- some creature thought it was more immediately delicious than we did. Oh well, I bought more.

The tomato plant in the pot has some tomatoes starting! So exciting.


I think caprese salad is most yummy when you make it right from your garden. Now, if I only had a buffalo...
