How Does Your Garden Grow?
In late April I posted about my spring planting: Tomatoes, basil, mint and italian parsley. That was then:
This is now:
The basil didn't make it -- some creature thought it was more immediately delicious than we did. Oh well, I bought more.
The tomato plant in the pot has some tomatoes starting! So exciting.
I think caprese salad is most yummy when you make it right from your garden. Now, if I only had a buffalo...

Spring Planting on the South 40
(I guess that would be the 40 square inches...)
Tomatoes, basil, italian parsley and mint. The rosemary does fine all year long...
